Eating right on the sea: Ola Restaurant at Turtle Bay Resort

 

Fred De Angelo is not an unfamiliar name in Hawaiian cuisine. He was responsible in several well-known restaurants and hotels for the physical well-being. At the end of 2005 opened Fred De Angelo Ola restaurant is not only a chef, but also owners.

The Ola Restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Especially atmospherically but the dinner after sunset. The Ola has been completely designed as open-air restaurant. Accordingly, one sitting, although open, but not otherwise artificially isolated from the outside world with the torchlight on the beach of the Turtle Bay Resort.

Culinary convinces Ola. Only fresh food, whose ingredients were purchased regionally offered. Especially tasty are the seafood dishes.


 
A very good and broad wine list rounds out the menu.

The quality of the Ola restaurant was awarded under different prices as well by new restaurant and most innovative restaurant by the relevant trade press.
