Honokalani Black Sand Beach
The Honokalani Black Sand Beach is at the Wainapanapa State Park on Maui and is therefore often performed under the name Wainapanapa Black Sand Beach. In the bay beach with black lava pebbles.
Swimming is possible there, but only with the necessary caution. In winter, the water conditions are bad. A lifeguard is not present. Otherwise, there is a parking spot on the beach, showers, toilets and picnic and camping facilities.
Behind the beach begins on King's Highway, an old Hawaiian trail. This Hiking Trail leads to a length of about 5 km in the
city Hana.
