Imiloa: Astronomy Center of Hawaii

The Astronomy Center of Hawaii, Hilo, presents the history of the volcano Mauna Kea, where there are a huge observatory and most powerful telescopes in the world. There is an entrance to the exhibition on astronomy and the history of the Hawaiian culture.

The planetarium presents on a regular basis a film about a specific topic. He is currently the poster is entitled: MAUNAKEA: Between Earth and Sky, lasting 22 minutes. The dome of the planetarium uses an audio-video system with 6 projectors and high sound quality for a dramatic effect.

to Sunday, and the film is presented at the meetings of 11 hours, 13 hours and 14 hours 30.
