Mountain Kayak Cruise
Mountain Kayak Cruise is a recreational, cultural and historical wilderness adventure. Guides lead visitors on a unique ecotourism journey. The excursion travels over privately owned lands to the inaccessible and historic Kohala Sugar Plantation irrigation system.
The irrigation system is a 22.5 mile series of open ditches, flumes and tunnels. The "Cruise" is a leisurely trip that meanders over a scenic portion of the system, traveling through pristine rain forests, over ravines and waterfalls and through dark, mysterious tunnels. NO Kayaking experience necessary ~ The kayaks are stable, high-tech, double hulled, PVC coated inflatable kayaks
